Recipes are formulated in house and whiskey is crafted using non-GMO and locally sourced Kentucky Proud ingredients. Bluegrass Distillers makes a number of unique whiskeys, including a Kentucky Blue Corn Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Their first bottles went on sale in 2015, and they are planning on releasing their first Bottled in Bond bourbon this spring. It’s a small operation, but that’s what makes them craft.
