Kentucky Owl Rye Batch #3 Announced
In very brief Facebook and Instagram posts, Kentucky Owl announced their upcoming rye. They stated simply “Rye 3 is a 114 proof blend, boasting a varied nose including citrus, oak, anise, and barbecue, with a sweet flavor and spiced followthrough. The 10-year liquid unites barrel sweetness, vanilla, caramel and hazelnut, with licorice and other spices, ending in cayenne.” No dates, states of availability or price was given. They also did not discuss the change in age, from 11 to 10 year.

He most recently was a Professor at the University of Kentucky and served as Chief of the Division of Neuroradiology and Vice Chair For Faculty Mentoring, Development & Wellness of the Department of Radiology. He has extensive editorial experience in academic medical publication, and brings that same academic mindset to Bourbon Obsessed, which is a unique approach for a spirit-focused media company.
