New Cask Strength Bourbon and Rye Selections
CLERMONT, Ky., May 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Knob Creek, an original offering of The Small Batch Bourbon Collection™ and leading American Whiskey, proudly announces the newest evolution of its Single Barrel Select Program: Knob Creek Single Barrel Select Cask Strength. This updated offering empowers retailers to curate exclusive barrels of uncut, unfiltered Knob Creek Bourbon and Rye, providing an incomparable single barrel experience.
Uncut, Unfiltered Flavor Straight from the Barrel
Bottled directly from the barrel, with no water added, Knob Creek Single Barrel Select Cask Strength delivers signature bold flavor fans have come to love, in its purest form. Ranging in proof from approximately 110–130 for Bourbon and 100–120 for Rye, each barrel delivers a distinct and full-flavored experience, honoring the legacy of Booker Noe, the founder of Knob Creek, and his vision for Knob Creek to deliver on what bourbon was meant to be.
Legacy and Innovation Combined
“When my grandfather created Knob Creek, he set out to make a whiskey that stood out—bold, robust, and no shortcuts,” said Eighth Generation Master Distiller, Freddie Noe. “With our Single Barrel Select Program, we pay tribute to that legacy by offering fans the chance to experience Knob Creek in its most authentic form—uncut and unfiltered, creating the most unadulterated single barrel selection in Knob Creek’s history.”
Exclusive Selection Experience at James B. Beam Distilling Co.
The single barrel experience includes a visit to the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, KY. Participants enjoy a behind-the-scenes distillery tour, barrel selection inside historic warehouse K, and whiskey thieving from multiple barrels. The visit ends with a curated dining experience at The Kitchen Table. For retailers unable to travel, remote selection sample kits are also available. Knob Creek® Single Barrel Select Cask Strength will be available at participating retailers nationwide at a suggested retail price of $69.99 for a 750mL bottle.

Beam Distilling Co.’s Private Barrel Club offers consumers the chance to visit the distillery, taste a variety of barrels, and hand-select their favorites.
